Vincent van Gogh (1853–1890) was a Dutch painter whose intensely expressive color and swirling, tactile brushwork made him one of the most influential figures in Western art. Though he sold little in his lifetime, his output during his years in the south of France is now among the most celebrated in the history of painting.

Café Terrace at Night was painted in Arles in 1888. It is one of van Gogh's first works to feature the star-filled night sky he would return to repeatedly, and it is notable for depicting a nocturnal scene without the use of black — the darkness is rendered instead in deep blues, greens, and violets, illuminated by the warm glow of gaslight.

The scene shows an outdoor café terrace on a cobbled street, its awning and floor washed in vivid yellow from a bright lamp. Small tables and chairs cluster beneath the terrace where patrons sit, while a waiter stands among them and figures walk along the darkened street. Above, a wedge of deep blue sky is scattered with glowing stars, and tall buildings recede into the shadowed distance.

Real art, not AI. An authentic work by a real artist — Vincent van Gogh, reproduced from the original — never machine-generated.

A print that lasts. Water-based pigment inks are pressed into the fabric — no plastic, no cracking, no peeling — so the design stays soft and breathes with the shirt.

Garment-dyed color. Dyed into the finished garment for a soft, vintage-washed tone with subtle depth — richer and more lived-in than a standard printed tee.

Printed on a premium Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed tee — heavyweight ringspun cotton with a soft, broken-in feel and a relaxed unisex fit. True to size; size down for a more fitted look.
