Hiroaki Takahashi (1871–1945), also known as Shōtei, was a prolific Japanese printmaker associated with the shin-hanga ("new prints") movement, which revived traditional woodblock techniques in the early twentieth century while embracing atmospheric light, color, and naturalistic landscape.
